Bright 70sqm apartment, able to accommodate up to 7 people, located on the 2nd floor of a renovated building with an elevator. The flat is located in a neighborhood equipped with every essential service, near the Villa Trabia and Giardino Inglese, and well served by public transport, being just 100 meters from the Notarbartolo station and a short distance from the bus stops for the center.

The inside is organized as follows:
- KITCHEN with induction hob, fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, microwave oven and toaster;
- LIVING ROOM with dining table, double sofa bed, 40 "TV and split AC
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe and desk
- BEDROOM II with two singles joined in a double, open wardrobe and desk
- BEDROOM III with single bed, bedside table and clothes hanger
- BATHROOM with shower box, sink, bidet and WC;
- BALCONIES in all rooms except the single.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi (fiber), air conditioning with heat pumps (split in the bedrooms I and II, and in the living room), iron, clothesline and hairdryer.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in.

- If you are traveling by car, you can park on the street for a fee (blue lines) or, alternatively, at the Park & ​​Go Italia car park in via Pecoraro 90, a 2-minute walk from the apartment.
