Modern 30 sqm studio located on the ground floor of a characteristic period building with NO elevator. We are in the heart of the historic centre, just a few steps from the Cathedral and the main monuments of the city, in a lively area full of restaurants and bars.
The flat is in the Restricted Traffic Area: you can find free parking 30 meters away from the house or at Parcheggio Pagano (300m away - paid parking).

We can book the service up to 7 hours before the scheduled arrival.

The inside is organized as follows;
- SLEEPING AREA wth a double bed, a single folding bed and a wardrobe;
- OPEN KITCHEN with stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, Moka, plates, cutlery, cups and wine glasses;
- BATHROOM with shower box and hairdryer.

Bath towels and bed linen available for all guests.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: TV, fan, iron and ironing board, coat rack, baby cot available upon request.

A member of our Team Palermo will contact you a few days before your arrival to organize your check-in. They will meet you at the apartment to hand you the keys and they will be at your disposal for any information and further assistance before and during your stay. All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The city tax must be paid in cash upon check-in: EUR 2.00 per person per night of stay.

The apartment is located a stone's throw from the Cathedral, in the historic center of Palermo, a short distance from the main monuments of the city, such as the Royal Palace of the Normans, the Palatine Chapel, the Martorana Church, the Capuchin Catacombs and many other wonders that are part of the Unesco World Heritage. All around it is possible to find the historic markets of the city that originated during the French, Arab or Spanish dominations, such as the famous Vucciria, Il Capo and Ballarò.

The apartment is located a few steps from the Centro Storico Free Bus stop and less than 2 minutes from the pedestrian area and the Cathedral.

- From Palermo airport, it is possible to reach the apartment with the Prestia and Comandè bus lines that arrive at the Central Station. Alternatively, it is possible to take the regional train to "Palermo Palazzo Reale-Orleans", a 10-minute walk from the property.

- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in about 15 minutes. Alternatively, you can take advantage of the free shuttle or bus n. 101, 102 or 124 to "Roma - Vucciria" stop, a 9-minute walk from the property.

- For those traveling by car, parking is available (free or for a fee) near the property.
