Cozy 50 sqm apartment, on two levels, for up to 4 people, located on the 3rd floor of a period building (lift). The property is located in the heart of Palermo, in via Maqueda (Traffic-Restricted Area) and is the ideal solution for visiting the historic center on foot, a stone's throw from the Teatro Massimo and the Quattro Canti.
The accommodation consists of a kitchen, a sleeping area, a bathroom and a balcony.

The apartment is located on the third floor of a building with lift and is organized on two levels:

-> LOWER LEVEL:
- KITCHEN with gas hob (5 burners), fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, electric oven, wine glasses and dining table;
- BALCONY.

-> UPPER LEVEL:
- BEDROOM I with double sofa bed and desk;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, armchairs;
- BATHROOM (entered from bedroom II) with jacuzzi, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, split A/C with heat pump (split in the kitchen and in the two bedrooms), safe, iron and ironing board, dryng rack, clothes stand, hairdryer.
Travel cot and high chair available.

PLEASE NOTE the presence of a spiral staircase to access the upper level. Be very careful if traveling with children.

PLEASE NOTE: to access BEDROOM II with the bathroom it is necessary to go through BEDROOM I.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The accommodation is located in via Maqueda, one of the most central and well-known streets of Palermo. The large number of restaurants and pizzerias will give you the opportunity to try the delicious Sicilian gastronomy. The district in which the structure is located hosts some of the most important monuments of the city, which are just a few hundred meters from the accomodation: Massimo theater, via Ruggero Settimo, the antiques market called "Mercato delle Pulci", the Cathedral, Quattro Canti, piazza Pretoria, Martorana Church and San Cataldo Church. The area offers shopping opportunities, from craft shops to famous brands.

- Massimo Theater: 4 minutes on foot;
- Piazza Pretoria: 5 minutes on foot;

- From Palermo airport, it is possible to reach the apartment with the Prestia and Comade bus service to the Central Station. From the Central Station, it is possible to take bus n. 101 to “Roma-Vucciria” stop, a 4-minute walk from the property. By taxi it is possible to reach the structure in 40 minutes (depending on the traffic).

We can book the service up to 7 hours before the scheduled arrival.

- From Palermo Central Station, is possible to take bus n. 101 to “Roma-Vucciria” stop, a 4-minute walk from the property.

- If you are traveling by car, pay attention, the structure is located inside the ZTL (Traffic-Restricted Area). It is possible to park, for a fee, at Pagano garage in Piazzetta del Parlatoio 6. Alternatively, paid parking (blue lines) available in Piazza Sant'Onofrio.

The city tax must be paid in cash upon arrival: 2.00€/guest per night of stay.
