The accommodation consists of:
-BEDROOM / LIVING AREA: double bed, wardrobe, desk, TV and a single sofa bed.
- KITCHEN: stove top, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine.
- BATHROOM: shower, sink, bidet and WC.
- BALCONY: overlooking the Piazza Sant'Onofrio

FURTHERS SERVICES: Wifi, air conditioning (1 split that cools the whole environment), heat pump, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Towels and bed linen available to all guests.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

Monte di Pietà/Capo district is one of the oldest in Palermo. The large number of restaurants, pizzerias and bars gives you the opportunity to try the delicious Sicilian gastronomy. The area houses some of the most important monuments of the city, including Teatro Massimo, via Maqueda, via Ruggero Settimo, the historic market of the Capo, the antiques market, the Cathedral, Quattro Canti, Piazza Pretoria, Martorana Church and San Cataldo Church.
The apartment is easily accessible both from the port and from the central station or by car. Nearby it is possible to find the stop for the free shuttle bus to the historic center.

-From Palermo airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by regional train to "Palazzo Reale-Orleans" station, which is about 15 minutes on foot from the apartment.
By taxi, it is possible to reach the apartment in 40 minutes (depending on traffic).

-From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in less than 20 minutes. Alternatively, it is possible to take bus n. 101, 102 or 124 from the station to "Roma - Vucciria" stop, a 6-minute walk from the property.

- If you are travelling by car, please note that the apartment is located inside the city center restricted traffic area. It is possible to park (for a fee) at Pagano garage in Piazzetta del Parlatoio 6. Alternatively, parking is also available in Piazza Sant'Onofrio for a fee (blue lines).

The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in: €2.00 per person per night of stay.
