Cozy accommodation of 35 sqm, for 4 people, with two double bedrooms, located on the 3rd floor of a period building with lift (not suitable for the disabled). The property is located in the heart of Palermo, in via Maqueda (Traffic-Restricted Area) and is the ideal solution for visiting the historic center on foot, a stone's throw from Teatro Massimo and Quattro Canti.
The room has also a private bathroom and a balcony.

The accommodation consists of:
- BEDROOM I with double bed, TV, wardrobe and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, TV, chest of drawers, clothes hanger and access to the balcony;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- BALCONY.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, split A/C with heat pump (in both rooms), kettle and hairdryer.

The two bedrooms are connected.

The accomodation is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

Towels and bed linen included. Any intermediate changes of linen will be made on request upon payment of a supplement.

All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in: €2,00 per person per night of stay.

The accommodation is located in via Maqueda, one of the most central and well-known streets of Palermo. The large number of restaurants and pizzerias will give you the opportunity to try the delicious Sicilian gastronomy. The district in which the structure is located hosts some of the most important monuments of the city, which are just a few hundred meters from the accomodation: Massimo theater, via Ruggero Settimo, the antiques market called "Mercato delle Pulci", the Cathedral, Quattro Canti, piazza Pretoria, Martorana Church and San Cataldo Church. The area offers shopping opportunities, from craft shops to famous brands.

From the Central Station, it is possible to take bus n. 101 to “Roma-Vucciria” stop, a 4-minute walk from the property. By taxi it is possible to reach the structure in 40 minutes (depending on the traffic).

We can book the service up to 7 hours before the scheduled arrival.

- From Palermo Central Station, is possible to take bus n. 101 to “Roma-Vucciria” stop, a 4-minute walk from the property.

- If you are traveling by car, pay attention, the structure is located inside the ZTL (Traffic-Restricted Area). It is possible to park, for a fee, at Pagano garage in Piazzetta del Parlatoio 6. Alternatively, paid parking (blue lines) available in Piazza Sant'Onofrio.
