Beautiful 60-sqm apartment with a fabulous view overlooking the Quattro Canti and Corso Vittorio Emmanuele. Our flat can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people and it is located on the second floor of Palazzo Moncada, a finely renovated period building with a lift!

The flat is located within the Restricted Traffic Area (ZTL in italian), and you can leave your car at "Pagano Parking".

The inside is organized as follows:
- BEDROOM 1: queen bed
- BEDROOM 2: four single beds (two single beds + two pull-out beds)
- KITCHEN: .equipped with a fridge, freezer, stove, electric oven, electric kettle and moka, and a dining area.
- BATHROOM: walk-in shower, WC and a bidet.

Bath towels and bed linen available for all guests.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: TV, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax (€2,00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

Self check-in will take place in this accomodation. It is MANDATORY to complete the registration in order to receive instructions to collect the keys and access the apartment.
The keys can be collected for free via smartlock on site.
In case of problem, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 10:00 pm.

For check-in from 9.00 pm to 1.30 am, if you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request, with payment of a supplement equal to:
- EUR 15 from 9.30 pm to 11.00 pm
- EUR 20 from 11 pm to 00:00
- EUR 30 from 00:00 to 01:30 am
It is not possible to check in after 01:30, not even for a payment.

The apartment is located in the heart of Palermo, along the Arab-Norman UNESCO route. The property is located in the center, between Piazza Massimo and Piazza Pretoria, between Piazza Marina and Piazza Del Parlamento, near the historic and popular markets of Ballarò, Capo and Vucciria, where Palermo nightlife is more lively and intense. You can lose yourself among the noble palaces of the neighborhood (Aliata, Conte Federico, Mirto etc.), between characteristic alleys of the historic center and among the Arab markets, testimony of the various and varied cultures that have followed one another in Palermo. The property is not far from the seafront and its promenade, in an area full of pretty artisan shops, in a place full of curiosity and mystery.

- From Palermo Airport, it is possible to reach the Central Station thanks to the Prestia and Comandè shuttle services or, alternatively, thanks to the regional train with departures every 40 minutes, destination Central Station.
