Modern and bright 90sqm apartment, with large terrace, able to accommodate up to 7 people. Located on the second floor, with elevator, of the renowned Ina skyscraper (higest building in Palermo), the apartment is ideally located for visiting the main points of interest in the city on foot: in 2 minutes you can reach Teatro Massimo and in about 10 minutes you can reach Quattro Canti by walking along via Maqueda. It is possible to park, for a fee, in Piazzale Ungheria.

The inside is organized as follows:
-BEDROOM 1: double bed, split A/C, 32'' TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers and access to the terrace.
-BEDROOM 2: double bed, split A/C, 50'' TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers and access to the terrace.
-LIVING AREA: double sofa bed, pouf/armchair bed, split A/C, 32'' TV, dining table.
-KITCHENETTE: induction hob, fridge, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine.
-BATHROOM: shower, bidet and toilet.

OTHER SERVICES: heating, air conditioning, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline and hairdryer.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.
We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.
SHOULD EARLY CHECK-IN NOT BE AVAILABLE, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO STORE YOUR LUGGAGE AND COLLECT THE KEYS FROM 10 AM AND YOU WILL BE ABLE TO ENTER THE APARTMENT ONCE THE CLEANING IS DONE.

The apartment is located inside the renowned Ina skyscraper in Palermo, the higest building in the city. The location is ideal for visiting the city both on foot and by public transportation. In only 2 minutes on foot you can reach Teatro Massimo and in about 10 minutes you can reach the Politeama Theater or Quattro Canti (walking along via Maqueda). From here it is possible to visit Piazza Pretoria and the homonymous fountain, the Cathedral, the Martorana and San Cataldo and the famous historical markets of Ballarò, Capo and Vucciria, testimony of the various cultures that have followed one another in Palermo. Walking on foot you'll get lost among the historic Palaces of Palermo nobility known all over the world, such as Palazzo Gangi (the famous Palazzo del Gattopardo), Palazzo Pretorio, Palazzo Alliata di Villafranca, Palazzo Mirto and much more.
You will be enveloped by centuries of history and the artistic and cultural beauties of Palermo, made up of walking streets, markets, clubs where the tradition of live music is still alive, large theaters and small forges of independent culture, sea and excellent cuisine, but it is also a fascinating tangle of alleys and squares that challenges, together with your sense of orientation, even the laws of logic: those that elsewhere are irreconcilable opposites (misery and nobility, lights and shadows, sacred and profane, local traditions and multiculturalism) in the heart of Palermo come together in a harmonious whole.

-From Palermo Falcone e Borsellino Airport it is possible to reach the apartment by the regional train to "Palermo Notarbartolo" stop where you can take the line 103 to "Paternostro - Villafranca" stop, 3 minutes walk away from the apartment.
Alternatively, you can reach Piazza Ruggiero Settimo via Prestia and Comandè shuttle service, 7 minutes away on foot from the apartment.

-From Palermo Central Station you can easily reach the apartment by line 124 to "Piazzale Ungheria" stop, 1 minute walk away from the apartment.

If you're travelling by car, you can park, for a fee, at Piazzale Ungheria parking (in front of the building).

A member of our Team Palermo will contact you a few days before your arrival to organize your check-in. They will meet you at the apartment to hand you the keys and they will be at your disposal for any information and further assistance before and during your stay. We are available by phone, e-mail or Airbnb direct messaging service.

All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The city tax must be paid in cash upon arrival: 1.50€/guest per night of stay.
