Our studio is located near via Libertà, in a context full of restaurants, bars and shops! A stone's throw from Notarbartolo Station and the English Garden.
Well connected with the rest of the city and with Mondello beach by buses 806 and 101 (bus stop 5 minutes away on foot). Less than 20 minutes by car to Mondello.
The ideal location to enjoy the beauty of the city and the wonder of the sea!

Living area equipped with a sofa-bed for two people. Kitchenette with two induction hobs and a small fridge. Dining table for two people.

Bathroom with shower, bidet and sink. Bed linen and towels included.

Further amenities available to guests: unlimited wifi, iron and board, Moka pot, wine glasses, drying rack, hairdryer, baby cot and high chair.

We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in: €2,00 per person per night of stay.

-From Palermo Falcone e Borsellino Airport it is possible to reach the apartment by regional train to Palermo Notarbartolo, 5 minutes walk away from the property.

-From Palermo Notarbartolo station you can reach the apartment on foot in 5 minutes.

If you're travelling by car you can park on the street for a fee (blue stripes) or, alternatively, at Park & ​​Go Italia parking in via Pecoraro 90, a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
