The accommodation is located in the center, near Notarbartolo station (350 m).
It is well connected with the rest of the city and with Mondello by buses 806 and 101 (the stop is 10 minutes walk).

The inside is organized as follows:

- KITCHENETTE with 4 burners, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and dining table for four people.
- LIVING AREA with sofa, sofa bed for two people and Smart TV LED 43".
- BEDROOM with double bed, mirror and wardrobe.
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.
- SERVICE ROOM (covered veranda)

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pumps (split in the living area and in the bedroom), iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer and wine glasses.

PLEASE NOTE: there is a step near the entrance of the building.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

- If you're travelling by car, street parking (blue lines) is available for a fee. Alternatively, it is possible to park at Park & ​​Go Italia parking in via Mauro Rapisardi 90, a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

The city tax must be paid in cash upon check-in: EUR 2.00 per person per night of stay.
