The entire room is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants. The property is located in a pedestrian zone, the closest car park is 200 meters away.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.
For check-in from 21:30 to 01:30 a supplement will be applied, to be paid in cash on arrival, according to the following:
EUR 15 from 21:30 until 23:00
EUR 20 from 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 from 00:00 to 01:30
Check-in after 01:30 is not possible, even for a fee.
