Bright and modern 120 sqm apartment with two balconies and a wonderful terrace on the upper level of about 50 sqm, with tables and chairs. The flat can accommodate up to 6 people (three double bedrooms) and is located on the 2nd floor of a building without lift. The property is located in a central area of ​​Palermo, at the entrance to the famous historic market of Ballarò and a few steps from the Central Station.

We can book the service up to 7 hours before the scheduled arrival.

The inside is organized on two levels:
LOWER LEVEL:
- THREE BEDROOMS with double bed and clothes stand;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC;
- TWO BALCONIES accessible from two bedrooms.

UPPER LEVEL:
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, moka, electric kettle, electric oven, microwave, toaster, wine glasses, kitchenware and dining table;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC;
- TERRACE with outdoor furniture (sofa, armchairs and tables).

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi (fiber), A/C (split in every room of the house), independent heating, washing machine, iron, drying rack and hairdryer.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- If you are traveling with children, pay attention to the stairs to access the upper floor (PLEASE, PAY ATTENTION TO THE RAILING).
- Pets allowed on request and with the payment of a supplement to be defined upon booking.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

All guests' IDs must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The apartment is located in a central area of ​​Palermo, characterized by all the main services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies) and a short distance from the famous Ballarò market. All the main attractions of the historic city center, as well as the Central Station of Palermo, can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

- Churches of Martorana and San Cataldo: 9 minutes on foot;
- Via Roma (shopping street): 9 minutes on foot;
- Piazza Pretoria: 10 minutes on foot;
- Palermo Cathedral: 12 minutes on foot;
- Palatine Chapel and Norman Palace: 15 minutes on foot;
- Mondello beach: 30 minutes by car / 1 hour by public transport.

- Bar Al Negretto: 1 minute on foot;
- Marotta supermarket: 1 minute on foot;
- Risto Pizza Porta Sant’Agata (restaurant): 2 minutes on foot.

- From Palermo airport, it is possible to reach the apartment with the Prestia and Comandè bus lines or with the regional train to Palermo Central Station.

- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to easily reach the apartment on foot in about 4 minutes.

- For those traveling by car, it is possible to park for a fee at the car park in Via Pisacane, 400 meters from the apartment.

The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in: €2.00 per person per night of stay.
