Cozy 87 sqm apartment, for 6 people, located on the first floor of a building (NO lift). The accommodation is located in the heart of the historic Ballarò market (in a restricted traffic zone), an area where it is possible to savor the true essence of Palermo, a few minutes on foot from the Cathedral and via Maqueda.
The accommodation consists of a kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two balconies.

The accommodation is organized as follows:
- KITCHEN with induction hob (2 burners), fridge with freezer, moka, kettle, oven, microwave, wine glasses, kitchenware, dining table and access to the balcony;
- RELAXATION AREA with sofas and table;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV and access to the balcony;
- BEDROOM III with two single beds and clothes rack;
- BATHROOM I with shower box, sink, bidet and toilet;
- BATHROOM II with shower box, sink and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pumps (split in the two double bedrooms), iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: to access the bedroom with the two single beds (BEDROOM III) it is necessary to cross a double bedroom (BEDROOM I).

PLEASE NOTE: the apartment is located in a central area, close to the market, therefore there may be noise/confusion in the street at some times.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in: €2,00 per person per night of stay.

The apartment is located in a central area of ​​Palermo, characterized by all the main services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies), in the heart of the famous Ballarò market. All the main attractions of the historic center of the city, as well as Palermo Central Station, can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The property is a few minutes on foot from the Church of Carmine, the Church of the Professa, the Cathedral and Via Maqueda.
