The accommodation is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, dining table, 43 inch TV and access to the terrace;
- TERRACE I (partially covered) with sofa, armchairs, small table, deckchairs and umbrella;
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), oven, fridge, freezer, moka, kettle, microwave, wine glasses, kitchenware, breakfast table and access to the terrace;
- TERRACE II (partially covered) with table and chairs;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and 20 inch TV;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds (which can be joined into a double bed), wardrobe and chest of drawers;
- BATHROOM with shower box, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi (fibre), air conditioning with heat pumps (split in the living room and in the two bedrooms), washing machine, safe, soundproof windows, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in: €2,00 per person per night of stay.

On foot it is possible to reach the port and the Garibaldi Garden, Piazza Pretoria, the Massimo Theatre, the Cathedral, the Martorana and San Cataldo Churches and the famous historical markets of Ballarò, Capo and Vucciria, testimony to the various cultures that have followed one another in Palermo. Walking, you will get lost among the historic palaces of the Palermo nobility and known throughout the world, such as Palazzo Gangi (the famous Palazzo del Gattopardo), Palazzo Pretorio, Palazzo Alliata di Villafranca and Palazzo Mirto.
