The space
Apartment of approximately 55 m2 on the ground floor of the historic Palazzo Torino, one of the historic buildings of Sanremo, located behind the Municipal Casino. It is a noble residence built in the 19th century and kept in perfect condition.

The internal space is organized as follows:
-KITCHEN with hob, fridge, traditional and microwave oven, moka and various kitchen utensils;
-LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, relaxation corner and Smart TV;
- BEDROOM equipped with a single bed and a bridge wardrobe;
-BATHROOM equipped with shower, sink, bidet and toilet;
- TERRACE of approximately 50m2, entirely covered by an awning which creates absolute privacy, equipped with table and chairs for relaxing in the open area;

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline and hairdryer.

Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Sanremo, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person will be withdrawn in cash, for the first 15 nights. Children under the age of 12 are exempt.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Imperia Climatic Zone C: 9 hours a day from November 22th to March 23th.
