Large apartment of about 110 sqm, for 5 people, located on the 1st floor of a modern building with lift (NOT suitable for disabled people). The property is located in a strategic position, a few minutes on foot from several points of interest, including the Orleans Park, the Norman Palace and the Cathedral.
The accommodation consists of a living room, kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, single sofa bed, desk, 40-inch TV and access to the terrace;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, oven, fridge, freezer, moka, dishwasher, wine glasses, kitchenware and dining area;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, chest of drawers and access to the terrace;
- BEDROOM II with double sofa bed, wardrobe and access to the terrace;
- BATHROOM I with shower (raised), sink, bidet and toilet;
- BATHROOM II with shower (raised), sink, bidet and toilet;
- TERRACE.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning (split in bedroom I and in the living room), independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in: €2,00 per person per night of stay.

The apartment is located a short distance from the Norman Palace, also known as the Royal Palace, in a quiet area, characterized by all the main services (pharmacy, supermarket, bars and restaurants), outside the ZTL (Traffic-Restricted Area). With a walk and thanks to public transport (in Piazza Indipendenza it is possible to find the stop of many public transport lines), it is possible to easily reach the main points of interest of the city: the Cathedral of Palermo, the Palatine Chapel, the Zisa Castle, the Catacombs of the Capuchins, the Massimo Theater, the Martorana Church and the Pretoria Fountain. Walking through the center, it is possible to find characteristic restaurants, clubs and pastry shops where you can fully enjoy the culinary tradition characteristic of the city and the region ("Pasticceria Cappello", a historic place famous for its seven-veil cake, deserves particular mention). Palermo Palazzo Reale - Orleans Station is only 450 meters from the apartment.

- From Palermo Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by train to "Palermo Palazzo Reale - Orleans" station, a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Alternatively, it is possible to use the transfer service (see below).

- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by bus 109 (the stop is a 3-minute walk from the property) or by train to "Palermo Palazzo Reale - Orleans" station, 5 minutes on foot from the apartment .

- For those travelling by car, it is possible to park (for a fee) at the Green Car garage, located in Via Quarto dei Mille 11 / B, a 10-minute walk from the property, open 24h per day.
