Cozy flat of 50 sqm, for 2 people, located on the 1st floor of a building with lift (steps to access: not suitable for disabled people).
The property is located in the heart of the historic center of Palermo (Restricted Traffic Area), less than 200 mt from the Royal Palace (Palazzo dei Normanni) and a 5-minute walk from the Cathedral.
The aparment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The accommodation is organized as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (gas hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, oven, wine glasses and kitchenware), dining table, sofa, TV and access to the small balcony;
- BEDROOM with double bed;
- BATHROOM with shower box, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pump (split in bedroom), washing machine, wardrobe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and drying rack.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in: €2,00 per person per night of stay.

The accommodation is located in the heart of Palermo, just 180 meters from the extraordinary Royal Palace, known as Palazzo dei Normanni. All the other points of interest in the city, such as the Cathedral, the Catacombs of the Capuchins, the Teatro Massimo, the Martorana Church, the Fontana Pretoria, as well as the historic Ballarò market can be reached in a few minutes on foot.
In the surroundings of the property it is possible to find all the main services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies).

- From Palermo airport, it is possible to reach the apartment with the Prestia and Comandè bus lines which arrive at the Central Station. Alternatively, it is possible to use the transfer service (see below).

- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by bus n. 109 or 234, with a stop a few minutes on foot from the property. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment in about 15 minutes on foot.

- Palermo Palazzo Reale-Orleans Station is 450 mt away from the apartment.

- For those traveling by car, the apartment is located in the Traffic-Resticted Area (ZTL in Italian), pay attention to accesses and schedules. Paid parking is available near the property.
