Historic 45 sqm apartment located on the ground floor (2 steps), perfect for 4 people.
The apartment is located in a Venetian Templar palace from around 1250, just 5 minutes from the spectacular Piazza San Marco.
You can discover European and Venetian history: original Greek and Roman columns, and one (the oldest) Greek column believed to come from a Greek temple from around 2,200 years ago.

The accommodation consists of a bedroom, living room with kitchenette and bathroom.


Both the palace and the apartments, due to their historical importance, are protected by UNESCO and are subject to periodic checks to ensure that the history represented in the palace is transmitted unaltered. The palace door was also hand-carved about 800 years ago and is a marble representation of a merchant ship from Marco Polo's time. Inside the apartment you will find a ceiling made using beams from ancient galleys from 800 years ago.

The accommodation of 45 sqm is located on the ground floor (two steps to access).

The interior space is composed as follows:
- BEDROOM with double bed, TV, clothes stand, split A/C;
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed;
- KITCHENETTE with an electric plate (1 fire), fridge with small freezer, moka coffee maker, electric kettle, , table and chairs, microwave, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses, split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, heating and air conditioning are provided ONLY via split A/C (bedroom and kitchenette), hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: The washing machine is NOT present in the accommodation.

The streets and canals of Castello are bordered by historic buildings and palaces, and the atmosphere is that of a more authentic and less crowded Venice.
The accommodation is located within walking distance of all the main attractions: St Mark’s Square, Bridge of Sighs and Prisons and Arsenal of Venice
