Roomy and modern apt of 115 sqm, able to accommodate up to 9 people, located on the 2nd floor of a period building (NO lift). The property is located in the center of Palermo (Restricted Traffic Area), in the lively Ballarò Market area, a few minutes walk from the Royal Palace and the Palatine Chapel, Palermo Cathedral and many other attractions.
The accommodation consists of a kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The accommodation is organized as follows:
- KITCHEN with extendable dining table, induction hob, fridge with freezer, moka, capsule coffee machine, kettle, oven, microwave oven and wine glasses;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, double sofa bed, desk, clothes rack, chest of drawers and flat-screen TV;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, single bed, desk, clothes rack and flat-screen TV;
- BEDROOM III with double bed, desk, clothes rack and flat-screen TV;
- TWO BATHROOMS with shower box, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating and air conditioning via split (one in each bedroom), washing machine (in the bathroom), drying rack, hairdryer, insect screens, iron and ironing board.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in: €2.00 per person per night of stay.

The apartment is located a few steps away from Palazzo dei Normanni, also known as Palazzo Reale, in a quiet area within the ZTL (Traffic-Restricted Area).
Walking throught the city and thanks to public transportation (in Piazza Indipendenza you can find several lines stops) you can easily reach the city's main points of interest: the Palermo Cathedral, the Palatine Chapel, the "Castello della Zisa", the Cappuccini Catacombs, the Teatro Massimo, the Martorana Church and the Fontana Pretoria.
Walking through the city center it is possible to find characteristic restaurants, bars and pastry shops where you can fully enjoy the characteristic culinary tradition of the city, tasting products and typical dishes renowned throughout Italy and the world. In this regard, the Pasticceria Cappello (few minutes on foot from the apartment), famous for his seven-layer cake, deserves a special mention.
In the neighborhood you can easily find all services and comforts you need during your stay: pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants and bars.

- Palatine Chapel and Norman Palace: 4 minutes on foot;
- Palermo Cathedral: 8 minutes on foot;
- Martorana and San Cataldo Churches: 13 minutes on foot;
- Fontana Pretoria: 14 minutes on foot;
- Mondello beach: 30 minutes by car / 1 hour by public transport.

- Eremiti (Italian restaurant): 1 minute on foot;
- Bar Santoro: 5 minutes on foot;
- Pasticceria Cappello (pastry shop): 9 minutes on foot;
- Conad (supermarket): 10 minutes on foot.

- From Palermo airport, it is possible to reach the apartment with the Prestia and Comandè bus lines which arrive at the Central Station. Alternatively, it is possible to use the transfer service (see below).

- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in 15 minutes or by bus in less than 10 minutes.

- The property is located inside the city center restricted traffic area (PLEASE, pay attention to the accesses); if you're travelling by car, it is possible to park for a fee at Pagano garage in Piazzetta del Parlatoio 6 (NOT garanteed), 15 minutes away from the flat by foot. Alternatively, free parking may be available near the property (100 mt).
