This comfortable and spacious apartment of 100 square meters is located on the first floor of a building without a lift. The house is located in the residential area in the south center of Padua, 10 minutes walk from Prato della Valle and the Basilica del Santo and 5 minutes from the main hospitals
The accommodation has a large living room with a relax corner and a double sofa bed, a kitchen with a dining area, equipped with a fridge, a cooker, a traditional oven, a kettle, a dishwasher, an electric cooker and two large bedrooms - one with a bed double and the other with two single beds, a bathroom with shower cabin, no bidet cabin and hairdryer.
Terrace furnished with table and chairs for relaxing outdoors.
Our guests will also have unlimited WiFi, air conditioning, a fan, a 50-inch TV, a cradle for babies, a washing machine, a drying rack, an ironing board, and an independent heating system with a boiler.

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.

If required, check-in can be done directly in the apartment, with a supplement of EUR 15.00, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
