Piazza delle Erbe Central Apartment

Exclusive apartment of 85 square meters for 4 people, located on the first floor of a building WITHOUT elevator (you have to make the stairs to access). Located in the heart of Padua, a short walk from Piazza delle Erbe, less than 5 min walk from everything that makes up the oldest city center: University of Bo', the Town Hall, Palazzo della Ragione, Jewish Ghetto, the Duomo, Caffè Pedrocchi. Just leave the house to be surrounded by monuments, restaurants and places to enjoy an aperitif!

The accommodation is composed as follows:

-BEDROOM with double bed -two single mattresses united- (1.60cm X 1.85cm), wardrobe, chest of drawers;
- BEDROOM with sofa bed (160cm x 180cm), wardrobe with chest of drawers;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa, TV 'inch 40', mini split A/C;
-DINING AREA with dining table and 5 chairs, access to the terrace;
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, electric kettle, microwave oven, moka coffee maker, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses;
-BATHROOM I with tub with shower and toilet;
-BATHROOM II with shower and bidet;
-TERRACE (12 smq) with chairs and table.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer.

Cot rental for a fee - 20 euros per stay
Child seat rental on request for a fee - 15 euros per stay

PLEASE NOTE: -To access the kitchen and the balcony it is necessary to take two steps;
-The two bedrooms are communicating with each other.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Padua, equal to EUR 1, for the first 5 nights.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Padova Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th

It will be possible to enter in the apartment from 15:00.
A member of our Team Padova will contact you a few days before your arrival to arrange your check-in. They will be at your disposal for any information before and during your stay. I kindly ask you to agree the time and details of your check-in directly with them

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 01:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 30 for arrivals between 21:00 and 23:00
EUR 50 between 23:00 and 01:00.
It is not possible to check-in after 01:00.

The apartment is located in an ancient building just a few steps from one of the most beautiful squares of Padua: Piazza delle Erbe. Every morning the daily fruit and vegetable market animates the square and attracts many people to the rite of breakfast and coffee in the many bars and historic bakeries of the most famous where the Paduans love to meet and chat especially during the summer season.
The majestic Palazzo della Ragione with its historic shops below divides Piazza delle Erbe from Piazza della Frutta where you can especially in the evening enjoy a break in front of the famous Paduan spritz sitting in one of the many tables set up in the square. The historic nineteenth-century Caffè Pedrocchi, the ancient University called the Bo and the Town Hall are within walking distance as well as Piazza dei Signori, the Duomo, the Baptistery, the Old Ghetto and all other major sites of interest.
The stay in the historic center is an experience much appreciated by those who love culture and for those who want to experience the city in its depths!

Just go down the stairs and you will find characteristic or local restaurants just for an aperitif or tasty pastries and ice cream parlors
The most suitable means to move in the city center to visit monuments and museums are bicycles or feet. The city is still equipped with buses and a tram line. For those arriving at the station the most convenient bus is number 6.
It is 15/20 min. walk from the station where you can visit the most beautiful cities in the area.... Venice, Vicenza, Verona, without forgetting Bassano del Grappa, Marostica and many others.

PLEASE NOTE: The house is in the ZTL (limited traffic zone area). The nearest paid parking is in Insurrection Square (5 minutes walk) or Barbarigo Garage (8 minutes walk).
