The location of the house is ideal for visiting the city, it is immersed in the magic of the "squares", a stone's throw from the Scrovegni Chapel, Palazzo Bo, Palazzo della Ragione, the Duomo and a 15-minute walk from the Basilica of Sant'Antonio .
We are in the ZTL and there are several paid parking lots and garages nearby.

BEDROOM 1. Double bed, mirror, chest of drawers + split A/C + WALKING CLOSET.
BEDROOM 2 with double sofa bed.
BATHROOM 1. Equipped with glass shower cubicle, bidet and hairdryer.
BATHROOM 2. Fitted with bathtub with shower.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Padua.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

It will be possible to enter in the apartment from 15:00.
A member of our Team Padova will contact you a few days before your arrival to arrange your check-in. They will be at your disposal for any information before and during your stay. I kindly ask you to agree the time and details of your check-in directly with them

For all late check-ins from 21:00 to 01:00, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 30 for arrivals between 21:00 and 23:00
EUR 50 between 23:00 and 01:00.
It is not possible to check-in after 01:00.

The apartment is located in a restricted traffic area, but there are paid parking nearby:
- Park Porte Contarine (via Giacomo Matteotti, 21) at 200 meters, 2 minutes on foot.
- Via Trieste car park (Via Trieste, 2-6) at 400 meters, 5 minutes on foot.
- Garage Patavium Srl (via San Gaetano 8) at 750 meters, 9 minutes on foot.


Located in the middle of the luxury shopping street, 350 meters from the Scrovegni Chapel, 500 meters from the main squares of the city.

Bus stop under the house for Station No. 3-8-12-13 - tram at 300 meters (4 minutes on foot) "Eremitani" or "Riviera Ponti Romani" stop.
