Apartment located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift (NOT suitable for the disabled).
In 80 square meters of space it comfortably accommodates 3 people with a double bedroom and a bedroom with a single bed.
Splendid terrace accessible from the sleeping area.

It is located 600 meters from the Central Hospital (8 minutes on foot) and 1 km from the Sant'Antonio Hospital (12 minutes on foot).
Possibility to park on the street for free on white lines.
The space
LIVING AREA: divided into a kitchen complete with dishwasher, traditional oven, kitchen utensils and a separate living area with sofa, bookcase and mini-split AC.
BEDROOM I: double bed, wardrobe, mini split AC.
BEDROOM II: single bed, wardrobe, desk, mini split AC.
Terrace accessible from the two bedrooms.
BLIND BATHROOM: shower, toilet and bidet.
Laundry area complete with washing machine and sink.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.
Centralized warming.

Cot hire for a fee - 20 euros per stay
High chair rental on request for a fee - 15 euros per stay

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Padua, equal to EUR 1, for the first 5 nights.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Padova Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.

It will be possible to enter in the apartment only from 3.00 pm.

For assisted check-in, if required, a supplement of EUR 15.00 will be required, to be paid in cash upon arrival (from 15:00 to 21:00).
