Antonio da Padova and the city hospital (12 min on foot).
Attention: the apartment is located in the ZTL.

This comfortable apartment of about 45 square meters is located on the second floor of a period building without a lift.
Internally the accommodation consists of:
★ ROOM: master bedroom independent from the rest of the house, equipped with a queen bed and wardrobe.
★ LIVING ROOM: with a sofa and dining area.
★ KITCHEN CORNER: has a fridge, freezer, hob, traditional and microwave oven, traditional moka, electric moka, coffee machine with pods, dishwasher, electric kettle and kitchen utensils.
★ BATHROOM: with shower and bidet.
★ ADDITIONAL SERVICES: TV, WIFI, central heating, washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board and hairdryer. NO A/C.
IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Padua, equal to EUR 1, for the first 5 nights.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.

It will be possible to enter in the apartment only from 3.00 pm.

For assisted check-in, if required, a supplement of EUR 15.00 will be required, to be paid in cash upon arrival (from 15:00 to 21:00).
