Elegant and spacious apartment tastefully furnished in vintage style, able to accommodate up to 4 people with great comfort being equipped with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The location is enviable: located in front of the sea, a few steps from the Spiaggia dei Gradoni, and a 5-minute walk from the Lungomare degli Eroi and the historic center. All points of interest, such as the Aragonese Castle and the Cathedral can be easily reached on foot. The Otranto station is only 600 meters away.

The 105 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a building with elevator and is composed as follows:
- Eat-in kitchen equipped with gas hob, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave
- 20 sqm living room equipped with dining table, sofas, split AC and TV
- Bedroom I with double bed, wardrobe and split AC
- Bedroom II with double sofa bed, wardrobe, desk, little balcony and ceiling fan
- First toilet with wc, bidet and shower box
- Second toilet with access from the kitchen, equipped with wc and shower box
- Sea view balcony with access from the living room.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heating with heat pumps, safe, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

N.B .: The fireplace in the living room is NOT usable.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

All the identity documents of the residents must be shown on arrival as required by Italian law.

- From 21:30 - 23:00 - Euro 25.00
- From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30.00
- From 24:00 - until 01:30 - Euro 40.00.

As requested by the Municipality of Otranto, upon arrival, the payment of the tourist tax equal to:
- € 1.50 per person per night in the months of July and August
- € 1.00 per person per night in the months of April, May, June and September.

Among the most beautiful villages in Italy, Otranto is the easternmost country of the peninsula, considered a bridge between East and West. It is characterized by a fascinating historic center, a labyrinth of narrow and winding alleys a few meters from the sea, full of monuments: the imposing Aragonese Castle, the Cathedral of Otranto built in 1088, the Basilica of San Pietro with Byzantine paintings, just to name a few. Do not miss a walk on the famous Lungomare Degli Eroi, where you can admire the wonderful sea of ​​Otranto and take a trip to one of the many restaurants and bars that animate the area. Finally, there are numerous nearby beaches with crystal clear sea, reachable in a short time by car: among the most beautiful, the Baia dei Turchi, the Alimini Beach and the Torre dell’Orso.
The apartment is conveniently located for visiting the center and all points of interest on foot. The first beach is 20 meters away. The essential services are close at hand: bar, pharmacy and supermarket are in fact within 500 meters.

- From Brindisi Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment in about 2 hours via PUGLIAIRBUS to Lecce and then by bus line 106 with the final stop "Via Alimini" 600 meters from the flat.

- From Otranto station the flat can be easily reached on foot in 7 minutes.

- If you travel by car, the apartment is outside the ZTL and it is possible to reach it by car. There are also paid parking spaces under the building and large paid parking lots at 200/300 meters.
