Charming 38 sqm studio apartment, able to accommodate up to 3 people, located on the ground floor of a building overlooking a quiet pedestrian alley (1 step to access it). The accommodation is located in the heart of the island of Ortigia, the historic center of Syracuse, a few steps from the seafront and all the main attractions.
The apartment consists of a living area with a kitchenette, a sleeping area and a bathroom.

The accommodation consists of:
- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (induction hob, folding dining table, fridge, moka, kettle, dishwasher and wine glasses) and sofa bed;
- SLEEPING AREA (with divider from the rest of the accommodation) with double bed, TV and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower (raised), sink and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, A/C with heat pump (one spilt), iron and ironing board, drying rack and hairdryer.
Cot and high chair available upon request (subject to availability).

The apartmet is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the tourist tax (4% of the cost of the stay up to a maximum of €5.00 per person per night of stay, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Syracuse Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

Check-in will take place in online self check-in mode, completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to collect the keys and access the apartment.
Keys can be collected free of charge via on-site keybox.
In case of problems, telephone assistance will be guaranteed until 10pm.

If you wish to receive the keys from a member of our staff in the apartment, it is possible, upon request with payment of a supplement equal to:
- From 15:00 to 21:00: EUR 15.00;
- From 21:00 to 23:00: EUR 25.00.

The apartment is located near the seafront of Ortigia, the oldest and most fascinating part of the city of Syracuse. On the island, connected to the mainland by the Umbertino Bridge, walking through the streets it is possible to admire centuries of history, splendid buildings, lively trattorias and cafés. It is possible to visit the Maniace Castle, the Fonte Aretusa, the ancient temple of Apollo and, absolutely not to be missed, the Duomo square, one of the most spectacular in all of Sicily.

- Diana Fountain: 6 minutes on foot;
- Duomo: 9 minutes on foot;
- Fonte Aretusa: 13 minutes on foot;
- Maniace Castle: 20 minutes on foot.

- Market: 4 minutes on foot;
- Bar Cristina: 6 minutes on foot;
- inCoop (supermarket): 6 minutes on foot.

- FROM CATANIA AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the ALIBUS bus service that connects Catania airport to Catania Central Station, where it is possible to take the regional train to Syracuse station, 20 minutes on foot from the property.
Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment from the airport by taking Interbus bus, up to Syracuse Station.

- FROM SYRACUSE STATION: it is possible to reach the apartment on foot in about 20 minutes, or with the internal buses.

- IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BY CAR: The nearest car park is 350 mt away from the apartment and is called “Talete”. It’s open 24/7, with convenient fares.
Alternatively, it is possible to park for free a few steps from the property (NOT guaranteed and NOT bookable) in front of Piazza Cesare Battisti.
