Nice studio perfect for 3 guests is located near the famous Parco del Valentino with the beautiful castle and the medieval village, a few subway stops from the historic center, two subway stops from the famous Eataly and the Lingotto (the underground is only 5 minutes on foot). Furthermore we are very close to the Molinette Hospital (150 mt) and the Cellini Clinic (500 mt). The house is equipped with every comfort and is the perfect solution to discover Turin!
Comfortable 30sqm studio apartment, located on the third floor of an elegant building from the 70s with a lift (but not suitable for the disabled).
- KITCHEN CORNER: equipped with stove, refrigerator, electric kettle, cutlery, cups and goblets.
- NIGHT AREA: equipped with a queen bed
- BATHROOM: with shower, bidet and hairdryer
- TERRACE: equipped with table and chairs to relax in the open air
- ADDITIONAL SERVICES: WiFi, TV, cooling fan, central floor heating, clothes hanger, hair dryer.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).
N.B. In the case of long stays (over 30 days) the linen will be collected every maximum 15 days by the cleaning company.
Once collected, the guest can choose:
- to use their own;
- the replacement: in this case there is a cost of €15 for a queen set and €8 for each additional set.
The apartment is for an exclusive use of our Guests.
According to the Italian Law, upon arrival our guest will be required to show a valid identity document in order to record all the details of each guest.
The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00.
The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, you will find free places in front of the office where you can leave the car in order to collect the keys.
It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.
For those who take advantage of the self check-in, we will offer a welcome welcome kit.
After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.
The apartment is located between the San Salvario district which is the most multi-ethnic neighborhood in Turin. and the Hospitals area. San Salvario in recent years has become the most loved and frequented place by young people and artists, especially in the evening, and is literally invaded by restaurants, bars, wine bars, exotic markets and shops, art galleries and design studios. You will fall in love with its magical atmosphere!
Turin is a splendid city, and boasts over 40 national and local museums, some of which are of absolute interest. In addition, the Royal Residences of the Savoy, arranged around the city, are well placed on the UNESCO list of World Heritage Sites.
Equidistant from Porta Nuova station and Lingotto station (15 minutes on foot and 5 minutes by metro), very close to Molinette hospital and scientific faculties, the apartment is far from the nightlife noise even though it is located in the lively San Salvario district.
We are a short walk from the Po River Park, the most important exhibition centers, Lingotto, the most renowned city hospitals and the University Faculties. 3.5 km from the city center, served by public transport, subway within walking distance and convenient buses to all destinations.
Restaurants, bars open 24/24, shops, banks and supermarkets are just below the house; very rich connections by public transport.
