Comfortable apartment located on the mezzanine floor of a building, with five floors in total, from the 70s. There are steps to access it (NO lift).
In 85 m2 of space it accommodates 5 guests.

We are in a very lively neighborhood, where the city market takes place on Tuesdays, near the hospital (a few minutes walk) and the Trianon Fountain.
Possibility to park along the road on blue lines for a fee.
The space
The internal space is divided as follows:

KITCHEN. Kitchenette complete with four induction burners, fridge and freezer, traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher, Illy coffee machine and moka, various kitchen utensils. There is also a washing machine and 20" TV. Split AC.
STAY. Double sofa bed and a double sofa bed, 39" TV. Split AC.
BEDROOM. Two single beds, two bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV. AC split.
BATH. Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet and sink, hairdryer.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

Centralized warming.

PARMA STATION: less than 10 minutes away by bus no. 2105 /2210 /2120 /2205 to the Ospedale Via Gramsci stop.

PARMA AIRPORT: less than 20 minutes away by bus no. 6 and then proceeding with bus n.6 to the Via Savani Via Bocchi stop.

IF YOU ARRIVE BY CAR: Possibility to park along the road on blue lines for a fee.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Parma Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th
Check in can be done from 15.00. onwards, either in person or in self-check in mode.
The planned mode, at the discretion of the operations team, will be communicated prior to your arrival.
If late check in, after 21.00., is done in person you will need to adhere to the following fee schedule:
- From 21:00 - 23:00- Euro 25.00
- From 23:00 - 24:00 - Euro 30.00
- From 24:00 - until 01:30 - Euro 40.00
