Cozy apartment of 70 sqm, can accommodate up to 4 people, with private entrance about 200 meters from the sea. Nearby the property are Spiaggia Pellicano and Spiaggia lo Squalo; and the center of Pittulongu is easily accessible. The location is therefore exceptional!
The strengths of the property are the large furnished veranda and the pleasant private garden. The structure is perfect for relaxing stays!

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (gas hob, fridge, moka pot, oven, wine glasses and kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa, 45" TV and split A/C;
- BEDROOM I with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV 32" and split A/C;
- BEDROOM II with two single beds, wardrobe and split A/C;
- BATHROOM with shower, washing machine, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- VERANDA.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, heating and air conditioning via split (a split in the living area and a split in both rooms), barbecue, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Olbia Climatic Zone C: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

The "Lido di Pittulongu" is an alternation of beautiful beaches, characterized by light and thin sand: the beach of Pittulongu, also known as "La Playa", is the favorite beach of Olbiesi.
Restaurants, pizzerias and the Gallura Shopping Centre are nearby.
After the beach of La Playa is the Squalo beach, separated from the beach of La Playa by a rocky tongue and characterized by a long stretch of sand, surrounded by greenery.
The beach of Pellicano, also characterized by a background of light and thin sand, extends for about 200 meters.
From here you can reach the beach of Mare e Rocce, through a beautiful path.

To reach the main points of interest:
- Lo Squalo Beach: 2 minutes on foot;
- Pellicano Beach: 2 minutes on foot;
- Mare Rocce Beach: 6 minutes on foot;
- Pittulongu Beach: 10 minutes on foot.

- Lo Squale (restaurant): 3 minutes on foot;
- Rock & Beach Bar: 13 minutes on foot;
- Nonna Isa Supermarket: 6 minutes on foot.

- From Olbia Costa Smeralda airport the easiest and fastest way to reach the apartment is by taxi, only 14 minutes from Olbia airport. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the bus n. 2 to the stop "871 - Via Roma S.Famiglia", from which it is possible to take the bus n. 4 to the stop "210 - Spiaggia Lo Squalo", about 5 minutes walk from the property.

- From Olbia Station, it is possible to reach the stop of "152 - Via D'Annunzio in front of Carabinieri" and take the bus n. 4 to the stop "210 - Spiaggia Lo Squalo", about 5 minutes walk from the property.

- If you are travelling by car, you can park for free (NOT GUARANTEED) or on blue stripes (payment) near the property.
