Cosy and bright apartment that can accommodate up to 5 people in Posada, in the hamlet of Nuoro, a 7 minutes drive from Su Tiriarzu beach.
The flat consists of: kitchen with living area, 2 bedrooms, bathrooms. In addition, the apartment comes with shared garden with barbecue and outdoor dining area with parasol, perfect to enjoy outdoor meals to the shadow of the summer heat.
Free parking place included.

The 75 sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building without elevator. You have to climb stairs to reach the apartment.

PLEASE NOTE: shared garden (with parking), barbecue and washing machine with other apartments. The fireplace is NOT usable.

The space is organized as follows:

- KITCHEN with dining area, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, moka, toaster and kitchenware;
- LIVING AREA with sofa and TV;
- BEDROOM 1 with double bed, single bed and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM 2 with 2 single beds and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with toilet, bidet and shower box;
- SHARED STORAGE ROOM (in the building) with washing machine;
- SHARED GARDEN with dining area, barbecue and parking space.

Additional facilities available for guest: drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer.

Towels and linen are included.

Guests will have full access to all the areas of the house. Garden (with parking), barbecue, outdoor dining area and washing machine are shared with other apartments.

We will give you tips and suggestions that will make your stay even more interesting and enjoyable. For any question or unexpected events we will be reachable by phone or email.
Our keyholder will contact you a few days before your arrival to arrange the check-in time, deliver the keys of the apartment and show you the house, and will stay at your disposal for the whole duration of your stay in case of problems or questions.

All identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival, as provided by Italian law.

For all late check-ins we require a supplement as per the following:

EUR 15 for arrivals between 21:30 and 23:00,
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 for arrivals between 00:00 and 01:30
The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 01:30.

Early check-in (before 14am) will be possible only if there aren't guests who check out the same day, and can therefore be confirmed only a few days before arrival.

Posada is a medieval village perched on a verdant limestone hill dominated by the Castello della Fava, from which you can admire the wonderfulpanorama of the sea and surrounding plains. Posada is one of the most beautiful places on the east coast and excels in history, culture and landscapes and it is part of the club of the most beautiful villages in Italy and has been awarded the Orange Flag.
It rises on the ashes of a Carthaginian colony, known as Feronia: in fact it is one of the oldest inhabited centers of the island (5th-4th century BC).Today the town retains its medieval charm and looks like a stone labyrinth made of intricate alleyways, steep staircases, arches and unexpected squares, as if the architecture itself narrated escapes and reprisals.
Do not miss the castle, built by the judges of Gallura shortly before 1200 and conquered by those of Arborea and then by the Aragonese Crown. Today remains the tower and the restored ruins of the city walls: a wooden staircase leads to the top of the tower which overlooks the whole territory.
The nearby coast is dreamy: the beach of San Giovanni di Posada is a strip of soft and golden sand that plunges into a turquoise sea; that of Su Tiriarzu has crystal clear water and white sand, surrounded by mountains and bordered by white lilies.

Connections for Posada
Airport: The nearest airport is Olbia Costa Smeralda, 45 km away from Posada, along the SS131dcn. The port of Olbia connects Sardinia to Rome, Milan and other Italian and European cities through Alitalia, Meridiana and the foreign companies Easyjet, Iberia and Lufthansa, to name a few.

Port: Those arriving by boat can take advantage of the maritime port of Olbia and Golfo Aranci, respectively 48km and 66,5 km from Posada. From the port of Olbia the Moby connections are active from Livorno, Piombino, Civitavecchia and Genoa and those of Tirrenia from Civitavecchia, to Golfo Aranci the ferries Sardinia Ferries from Livorno.

Extra-urban bus: Bus connections to Posada are insured by the public transport company ARST. Line 514 is available which departs from Olbia airport and reaches Nuoro and line 609 from Olbia to Siniscola.

Car: To arrive by car from Olbia and from Golfo Aranci take the SS131dcn, respectively for 47 km and 66,5 km. From Porto Torres you can take the SS597 to Olbia and then the SS131 dcn for a total route of 156 km. From Arbatax take the SS389var up to Nuoro and then take the SS131dcn towards Olbia, a total of 137 km.
