The strengths of the property are the veranda overlooking the sea and the parking space reserved for guests. The location is enviable, in about 10 minutes walk it is possible to reach some beaches, such as Bados Beach and Spaggia Mare Rocce.

The apartment is on two levels connected by stairs, please be careful if traveling with children.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Olbia Climatic Zone C: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

This flat has a self check-in door system, the instructions to access the apartment will be sent automatically only after completing the registration, 7 days before the arrival date.

The apartment is located about 10 minutes walk from Bados Beach and Mare Rocce Beach.
The "Lido di Pittulongu" is an alternation of beautiful beaches, characterized by light and thin sand: the beach of Pittulongu, also known as "La Playa", is the favorite beach of Olbiesi.
Restaurants, pizzerias and the Gallura Shopping Centre are nearby.
After the beach of La Playa is the Squalo beach, separated from the beach of La Playa by a rocky tongue and characterized by a long stretch of sand, surrounded by greenery.
The beach of Pellicano, also characterized by a background of light and thin sand, extends for about 200 meters.
From here you can reach the beach of Mare e Rocce, through a beautiful path.

To reach the main points of interest:
- Bados beach: 10 minutes on foot;
- Mare Rocce beach: 10 minutes on foot;
- Pelican Beach: 10 minutes on foot;
- Lo Squalo Beach: 11 minutes on foot;
- Pittolongu beach: 14 minutes on foot.

- Mare Trattoria Pescheria: 3 minutes on foot;
- Ping Pong Bar: 3 minutes on foot;
- Nonna Isa supermarket: 12 minutes on foot.

- From Olbia Costa Smeralda airport the easiest and fastest way to reach the apartment is by car/taxi, only 15 minutes from Olbia airport. Alternatively, it is possible to take the bus n 02 to the stop "871 - Via Roma S.Famiglia" and then continue with the bus n 04 to the stop "212 - Spiaggia Mare Rocce", just 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

- From Olbia station, it is possible to reach the apartment by reaching the stop of "152 - Via D'Annunzio in front of Carabinieri" (5 minutes walk), and take the bus n. 04 to the stop "212 - Spiaggia Mare Rocce", just 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

- If you are travelling by car, parking is included; parking number 7 is reserved for guests.
