New Start Panoramic Apartment

Bright and roomy sea view apartment located in an elegant building from the 1800s, which accommodates up to 7 people with great comfort, thanks to three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The strategic position of the accommodation allows you to connect to other points of the city thanks to the means of transport, in particular the funiculars (450 meters away) and the C16 bus stop a few meters from the apartment, but also via a panoramic walk on the beautiful Corso Vittorio Emanuele.

The 170 mq apartment is located on the second floor of a building equipped with a lift, which however does not reach the entrance to the apartment: it is necessary to climb a flight of stairs to access it.

There is also a second ramp inside the accommodation (after the entrance door) and two internal steps, one in each bathroom.

PLEASE NOTE: The keys to the front door are located inside a safe that opens with a code, which will be provided at check-in.

The space is composed as follows:
- Kitchen equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka, electric kettle, toaster, traditional oven and microwave
- Living room with dining table, mini fridge, sofa, split A/C and TV
- Bedroom I with double bed, split A/C, ceiling fan, TV and internal bathroom equipped with wc, bidet and floor shower (there is a wardrobe outside the room, in the corridor)
- Bedroom II with double bed, single bed, built-in wardrobe, split A/C, ceiling fan and TV
- Bedroom III with double bed, with double bed, open wardrobe, chest of drawers, split A/C, ceiling fan and TV
- Second bathroom with wc, bidet and shower box
- Two little balconies, one of which with sea view (from the living room)
- Veranda with washing machine.

Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI with fiber optics, central heating, video intercom, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Our spacious NEW START apartment is located on the panoramic and historic Corso Vittorio Emanuele, created in the mid-19th century (1850-1852) by Ferdinand II of Bourbon in honor of the Queen: the original name was in fact Corso Maria Teresa, which would later became Corso Vittorio Emanuele after the unification of Italy. Since the 1800s, the area has connected the whole city of Naples, from the historic center (Piazza Mazzini) to the sea (Piedigrotta). This follows the strategic position of the apartment, which allows you to connect to various points of the city also thanks to the means of transport, in particular funiculars and buses, but also via a panoramic walk. Many historical and panoramic routes enter the course, such as Pedamentina in San Martino and Petraio, while the Spanish Quarters, Piazza Amedeo, Montesanto and Vomero can also be easily reached on foot. Every essential service can be reached on foot: supermarket, pharmacy and bars are within 350 meters.

- From Naples Airport, the apartment can be reached with the Alibus shuttle service to the Angiono/Beverello stop and from here with the Central Funicular to the Corso Vittorio Emanuele stop, 450m from the property.

- From Naples Central Station, the apartment can be reached by taking the L2 underground to the "Piazza Amedeo" ; from here it is possible to continue on foot for 14 minutes uphill (950 metres) or with the Central Funicular to the Corso Vittorio Emanuele stop, 450m from the property.

- For those traveling by car, pay attention: the accommodation is outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. Street parking is paid on blue lines. Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee at the Corso Vittorio Emanuele Garage, 350 meters from the accommodation.
