The accommodation of about 45 square meters is located on the first floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift and is composed as follows:

KITCHEN CORNER equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, electric oven, dishwasher, kettle, moka;
LIVING AREA equipped with a double sofa bed and TV;
BEDROOM equipped with a double bed
BATHROOM: equipped with toilet, bidet and shower.
TERRACE furnished with table, chairs, umbrella and barbecue

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, air conditioning (2 splits), independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board

Towels and bed linen included (with optional paid changes).
Guest access
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Chiavari, equal to EUR 1 per night per person will be withdrawn in cash, for the first 7 nights.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C

Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode. We will provide further instructions as you approach your arrival.
