The inside is organized as follows:
- KITCHEN with gas hob (4 burners), fridge with freezer, moka, oven, dining table, kitchenware and access to the PRIVATE COURTYARD (a few steps to access) with barbecue, small table and chairs;
- BEDROOM I with double bed and wardrobe;
- BEDROOM II with double bed, single sofa bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, air conditioning with heat pumps (split in the two bedrooms), washing machine (external), hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Baby cot available in the apartment.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Palermo Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.

For all late check-ins from 21:30 to 01:30, we require an extra charge to be paid cash upon check-in as per the following:
EUR 15 between 21:30 and 23:00
EUR 20 between 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 between 00:00 and 01:30
Late check-ins are not available after 01:30.

The city tax has to be paid in cash upon check-in: €2,00 per person per night of stay.

The apartment is located near the historic center of Palermo, in an area characterized by all the main services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies) and a short distance from the Central Station. All the main points of interest can be reached in a few minutes on foot.

- Via Roma (shopping street): 8 minutes on foot;
- Churches of Martorana and San Cataldo: 14 minutes on foot;
- Piazza Pretoria: 15 minutes on foot;
- Palermo Cathedral: 15 minutes on foot;
- Palatine Chapel and Norman Palace: 18 minutes on foot;
- Mondello beach: 30 minutes by car / 1 hour by public transport.

- Bar Castiglione: 4 minutes on foot;
- Trattoria Da Salvo (restaurant): 5 minutes on foot;
- Marotta Supermarket: 5 minutes on foot.

- From Palermo airport, it is possible to reach the apartment with the Prestia and Comandè bus lines or with the regional train to Palermo Central Station.
We also offer a transfer service (see below).

- From Palermo Central Station, it is possible to easily reach the apartment on foot in about 6 minutes.

- For those traveling by car, it is possible to park for a fee at the car park in Via Pisacane, 300 meters from the apartment. Free parking available near the apartment (NOT guaranteed).
