My House Carlo III Square

Comfortable apartment that accommodates up to 4 people, located in a historic building in Naples. Located in a strategic position, not far from the main tourist attractions of the city, it allows you to experience Neapolitan history and culture by walking towards the sites of interest. Just 140 meters away you will find the Carlo Fuga bus stop, which further facilitates urban travel. In addition, the proximity to the Botanical Gardens offers a rare opportunity for tranquility and greenery.

The 65m2 accommodation is located on the first floor of a building NOT equipped with a lift: you need to climb the stairs to access it.

ATTENTION: bedroom II is on a mezzanine and access is via bedroom I, therefore the only separation between the two rooms is the staircase.

The internal space is made up as follows:
- Kitchenette equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, moka, toaster, electric kettle and traditional oven
- Living area with dining table, sofa bed, smart TV and split A/C
- Bedroom I with double bed and split A/C
- Bedroom II on mezzanine (a staircase to access it) with double bed and wardrobe
- Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box
- Small balcony.

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, heat pump heating, baby cot, drying rack, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

According to Italian law, all identity documents of the guests must be exhibited on arrival.

Late check in:
- From 20:00 to 23:30 - €10,00
- From 23:30 to 24:00 - €30,00
- From 24:00 to 01:30 - €40,00.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Our colorful My Home apartment is located near Piazza Carlo III, located at the end of via Foria. The square constitutes the eastern gate of the historic center of Naples and is home to bars and croissants open until late at night, for a late-night snack. From the square you can only admire the majestic Royal Hotel of the Poor, the largest monumental palace in Naples and one of the largest eighteenth-century buildings in Europe. According to the initial project, it was intended for the creation of a gigantic structure to accommodate the poor of the kingdom, but over time it has had various uses and today it is regularly used as a venue for some shows of the Napoli Teatro Festival Italia. Not far from the square there is also the Royal Botanical Garden, one of the green lungs of Naples. Currently, the total surface area of the Garden is almost 12 hectares, on which there are approximately 9000 species of plants, for a total of almost 25,000 specimens. My Home Carlo III Square is the ideal destination for those who want to stay in an optimal position and easily reach the station and the airport, and for those who want to enjoy a coffee or a typical Neapolitan dessert at any time, in an area not far from the major tourist attractions.

- From Naples Airport, it is possible to reach the accommodation with the Alibus shuttle service to the "Garibaldi" station and from here taking the R5 bus line with the final stop "Arenaccia" 600 meters from the accommodation.

- From Naples Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by bus line R5 with the final stop "Arenaccia" 600 meters from the accommodation.

- For those traveling by car, the accommodation is located outside the restricted traffic zone and can be reached by car. Parking is free on the street (NOT guaranteed) 400 meters away. You can leave your car for a fee at the Piazzetta Pietro Giannone 3 car park, 150 meters from the accommodation.
