Comfortable apartment located on the second floor, of five in total, of a building with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people). At the entrance there is a flight of stairs.
In 100 m2 of space it accommodates four people with two double bedrooms.

It is located in the heart of the old Monteverde district, very green and quiet; a stone's throw from Villa Pamphili, Villa Sciarra and Trastevere.
Perfectly connected by public transport, 6 minutes walk from Quattro Venti Station.

The internal space is divided as follows:

STAY. Two seater sofa, smart TV and dining table. AC split. Access to the balcony.
KITCHEN. Complete with four induction burners, fridge and freezer, microwave and traditional oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, moka, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils.
BATHROOM 1. Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer.

BEDROOM 1. Double bed (1.60x190 m), two bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers and wardrobe. AC split.
BATHROOM 2 (inside Bedroom 1). Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet and sink.

BEDROOM 2. Double bed (1.60x190 m), two bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers, TV and wardrobe. AC split. Access to the balcony.

-From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport it is possible to reach the apartment by regional train to the Quattro Venti stop. From here, you can reach the apartment on foot in approximately 6 minutes.

-From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station with the shuttle bus service. From here you take the regional train to the Quattro Venti stop. From here, you can reach the apartment on foot in approximately 6 minutes.

The building is located outside the restricted traffic zone. It is possible to park for a fee on the street (blue lines) or at the Trastevere garage, about 10 minutes away on foot.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
