Monteverde Classy Apartment

Comfortable apartment located on the first floor, of four in total, of a building with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people). There are several steps at the entrance.
In 45 m2 of space it comfortably accommodates two people.

The accommodation is located in the residential area of ​​Monteverde, not far from the Rome Trastevere train station and it is possible to reach the center in about 30 minutes. The apartment consists of a living area, a bedroom and a bathroom.

The apartment is organized as follows:

LIVING AREA. Kitchenette equipped with four induction burners, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, traditional oven, toaster, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils. Sofa and TV, dining table. AC split.
BEDROOM. Double bed (1.60x190 m), wardrobe and smart TV. AC split.
BATH. Shower cubicle, toilet with hand shower, sink and hairdryer.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wifi, iron and ironing board. Washing machine.

Heat pump heating.

NB: there is a step inside the apartment.

-From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport it is possible to reach the apartment with the regional train to Rome Trastevere. From here, you can reach the apartment on foot in about 12 minutes.

-From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station with the shuttle bus service. From Termini Station you can reach the apartment on foot in about 12 minutes.

-From Rome Termini Station it is possible to reach the apartment with the regional train to Rome Trastevere. From here, you can reach the apartment on foot in about 12 minutes.

The building is located outside the ZTL. It is possible to park for a fee on the street (blue lines) or at the Trastevere garage, about a 10-minute walk away.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
