The accommodation is located just two minutes walk from Viale Certosa, one of the main roads in Milan. The area is well connected to the city center thanks to the numerous tram lines.
The apartment consists of double bedroom, living room with sofa bed for 2 people, kitchenette and bathroom.

The internal space is organized as follows:
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed (for 2 people), TV, dining table with chairs and portable air conditioner;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, fridge, freezer, oven, electric oven, electric kettle, moka, toaster, kitchenware and wine glasses;
- BATHROOM with shower box (raised), sink, bidet and WC.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, central heating, portable air conditioner, washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

ATTENTION: the bedroom is NOT equipped with air conditioning.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
