The apartment consists of a bedroom, living room with kitchenette and bathroom.

The accommodation is located on the first floor of a building without elevator (stairs to access).

The interior space is composed as follows:
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, split A/C;
- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV, table with chairs, split A/C;
- KITCHENETTE with gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven, various cooking utensils, wine glasses;
- BATHROOM with shower, bidet, toilet and washing machine, terrace.

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:

- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00;
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30.

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

- If you are traveling by car, please pay attention, the property is located within the pedestrian area. It is possible to park for a fee at Cittadella car park, 270 meters from the property, open 24 hours a day.
