Modern mini apartment located in the beating heart of Genoa, ideal for 3 people and equipped with every comfort, located a few minutes walk from Piazza Dante, Porta Soprana, Piazza De Ferrari, Porto, the car parks and the metro (2 minutes). The arrangement of the furnishings creates a relaxing environment, perfect for resting after a day of exploration in beautiful Genoa!
The space
The accommodation of approximately 37 m2 is located on the third floor of a period building NOT equipped with a lift (PLEASE NOTE that the staircase is steep) and is composed as follows:

KITCHENETTE equipped with hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, electric kettle, oven, microwave, moka.
LIVING AREA equipped with a double sofa bed and Smart TV with Netflix.
BEDROOM equipped with a French double bed and wardrobe;
BATHROOM: equipped with toilet, bidet and shower cubicle.

Additional services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, air conditioning (2 split), independent heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing tablecloth

Towels and bed linen included (with optional changes for a fee).
Guest access
The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
Check-in will be done in self-check-in mode. We will provide further instructions as you approach your arrival.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C
