MM San Giovanni Apartment

Comfortable apartment located on the fifth and top floor of a building with a lift (NOT suitable for disabled people). The elevator stops on the fourth floor and you have to proceed up a flight of stairs.
It accommodates two people in 60 m2 of space with a double bedroom.

The property is a great starting point for visiting the Eternal City! The A subway stop "San Giovanni" is a 2-minute walk from the property.
The accommodation is located outside the ZTL zone.

The internal space is divided as follows:

LIVING AREA. Sofa, smart TV and dining area with four chairs, desk. AC split.
Kitchenette complete with four induction burners, fridge, moka, traditional oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, wine glasses and various kitchen utensils.
BEDROOM. Double bed (1.60x1.90 m), two bedside tables with lamps, wardrobe. AC split.
BATHROOM (inside the bedroom). Shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, sink and hairdryer.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE. Unlimited Wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

Split heating with heat pump.
Gas boiler for hot water.

-From Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci International Airport it is possible to reach Rome Termini Station by Leonardo Express shuttle service. From the train station you can take the MEA Anagnina underground line to "Re di Roma" stop, which is a 2 minute walk from the apartment.

-From Rome Ciampino International Airport it is possible to reach Cinecittà (Tuscolana/Cinecittà stop) by 520 bus line. From Cinecittà it is possible to take the MEA Battistini underground line to "Re di Roma" stop, which is a 2 minute walk from the apartment.

-From Rome Termini Station it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the MEA Anagnina underground line to "Re di Roma" stop, which is a 2 minute walk from the apartment.

If you're travelling by car, you can park, for a fee, on the street (NOT garanteed) or at Appio Parking, in via Faleria 24, a 6 minute walk away.

The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.

In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Please note: completing the ID registration and online check-in porcess is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Roma (€6.00 per person per night of stay).
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26 ° C (with a -2 ° C tolerance) for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20 ° C (with + 2 ° of tolerance).
