Spacious apartment equipped with all comforts for 4 people and completely renovated. It is located in a quiet area near the center of Turin but outside the ZTL, a 7-minute walk from the Rivoli metro station (therefore well connected to the Porta Susa and Porta Nuova stations). Possibility to find free parking on the street.
The space
Apartment of about 75 square meters is located on the third floor of a building WITHOUT a lift (not suitable for the disabled). The accommodation consists of:

LARGE KITCHEN: with dining area, fridge, freezer, hob, traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, moka and kitchen utensils
BEDROOM 1: with a double bed, a desk and wardrobe
BEDROOM 2: equipped with 2 single beds and wardrobe
BATHROOM: equipped with shower, bidet and hairdryer
Our guests will also have air conditioning (1 split located in the hallway), unlimited WiFi, TV, washing machine, central heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack, two balconies.
Guest access
The apartment is for the exclusive use of the guests during the stay.
Other things to note
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).
Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C

The keys will be collected in our office in via Filippo Juvarra 24 in Turin, from 11.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 23.00. It will be possible to enter the apartment after 15:00.

The office can be reached from Porta Susa Station (where all regional / intercity and high-speed trains stop and also the Sadem shuttle from the airport) in 5 minutes on foot. If you are traveling by car, you will find free places in front of the office where you can leave the car in order to collect the keys.

It will be possible to leave your luggage in the office, collect the keys and access the apartment once cleaning is finished, by 3.00 pm. We will provide you with further instructions one week before check in.

After 21, check-in directly at the apartment is possible with the following extra costs:
- EUR 25 from 21:00 to 23:00
- EUR 30 from 23:00 to 00:00
- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01:30
All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property. The last possible check-in, even paying the supplement, is 01:30.
