The internal space is divided as follows:

KITCHEN: kitchenette with 4 gas burners, moka coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge with freezer, microwave oven and various kitchen utensils.
LIVING AREA: sofa with smart TV, dining table and split A/C positioned above the window.
BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet, toilet, hairdryer and sink.

Mezzanine with double bed (1.40x1.90 m) and wardrobe.

OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothes horse.

Other things to note
A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:
- EUR 30 from 21:00 until 24:00;
- EUR 40 from 24:00 until 01.00;
All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. After 01.00 we cannot organize the check-in.

The Prati district is adjacent to the Vatican City.

The alleys around the Vatican belong to the "Borgo" district, small streets full of restaurants and souvenir shops, in contrast to the decidedly more airy Via della Conciliazione.

Getting around

Line A of the Metro connects in a few minutes the nearby Ottaviano San Pietro stop at Termini Station. Tram 19 and other bus lines serve the neighborhood and the surrounding areas in a capillary manner. It is also easy to get around on foot, in 5 minutes you can reach Piazza San Pietro, Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza del Popolo or the Vatican Museums.
The area is also rich in bars, restaurants, pubs to satisfy every appetite and the shopping streets such as Via Cola di Rienzo are practically located near the house.
