Cozy apartment of 50 sqm, able to accommodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a building without elevator. We are 3 minutes walk from the metro that connects the area with the center and the two main train stations, in an area full of all the basic services.
The property consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom, a bathroom and two balconies.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE ( with gas hob, fridge with freezer, moka coffee maker, kettle, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils and wine glasses), double sofa bed, TV, dining table, ceiling fan and access to balcony I;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, portable fan and access to balcony II;
- BATHROOM with bathtub, washbasin, bidet and WC;
- a bathroom with a toilet;
- BALCONY I fully glazed;
- BALCONY II.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, ceiling fan in the living room, portable fan in the bedroom, washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

PLEASE NOTE: the building does not have a lift - the accommodation is on the first floor.
There is a step at the entrance of the building.

Note the presence of a step to access the area with kitchenette.
The bathroom is on the balcony I.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during the stay.

The apartment is a 3-minute walk from the Massaua metro station, through which both the Porta Susa railway station and the city center can be reached in 13 minutes. The Juventus Allianz Stadium and the Grande Torino Olympic Stadium are also quickly reachable. The connection with the Polytechnic of Turin is also convenient. Direct connection with the Pala Alpitour, home of the ATP FINALS 2021-2025, reachable in 30 minutes by bus 62 or in 10 minutes by car. The apartment is 20 km from Turin Airport and is only 5 minutes from the entrance to the ring road / motorway.
The Rivoli Museum of Contemporary Art is a 20-minute drive away, as is the Reggia di Venaria.
Within a radius of 200 meters there are cafes, restaurants, multiplex cinemas, market and supermarket, pharmacy open 24 hours a day. The large park of the Pellerina is 20 minutes away on foot, the Parco della Tesoriera is 15 minutes away on foot.

- From Turin Caselle Airport it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the bus n. 268 to the stop "To - Corso Bolzano 42 (Porta Susa)", from which you can take the metro line to the stop "Massaua", 3 minutes walk from the property.

- From Porta Susa Station it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the metro line to the "Massaua" stop, a 3-minute walk from the property.

- From Porta Nuova Station it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the metro line to the "Massaua" stop, a 3-minute walk from the property.

- If you are travelling by car, parking is not included. However it is possible to park for free in the street (white stripes - NOT guaranteed).
