Just 100 meters from the Carducci Metro station, the apartment features a large terrace. Located in a well-served area of Turin, close to shops, restaurants, and parks. Perfect for exploring the city and its main attractions, such as the Egyptian Museum, Mole Antonelliana, and Parco del Valentino, all easily accessible.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, pod coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, and kitchen utensils), dining table, a sofa bed (French size), TV, and access to the enclosed balcony;
- BEDROOM with double bed, wardrobe, TV, and access to the terrace;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and WC;

- TERRACE with table and chairs.
