The property enjoys a privileged location, a few steps from Porta Venezia, Indro Montanelli Public Gardens and Corso Buenos Aires, one of the main shopping streets in Milan.
The apartment consists of a living area with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a bathroom.

The inside is organized as follows:
- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and kitchenware), dining table, sofa and TV;
- BEDROOM with double bed and wardrobe;
- BATHROOM with shower (a high step to access to it), sink, bidet and toilet.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: wifi, central heating with thermovalves, washing machine, drying rack, clothes hanger and hairdryer. PAY ATTENTION: from 20/01/2023 refurbishment works being carried out in the upstairs apartment. Noises and dust may be expected

The apartment is located in an elegant and quiet area, a stone's throw from Porta Venezia, Corso Buenos Aires (an important Milanese shopping street) and Indro Montanelli Public Gardens (a lovely park in Milan that houses relaxation areas, games for children and the Civic Museum of Natural History). Continuing along Corso Venezia, you will reach, in order, Piazza San Babila and Piazza Duomo. A few steps from the property there are also two undeground stops: Porta Venezia on the red line (M1), which allows you to get to Duomo in 3 stops, and Repubblica on the yellow line (M3), also ideal to reach the center in the same number of stops. You will be close to the Central Station, directly connected with the airports of Orio al Serio, Malpensa and Linate.

To reach the main points of interest in the city:
- Indro Montanelli Gardens: 5 minutes on foot;
- Corso Buenos Aires: 6 minutes on foot;
- Piazza Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II: 10 minutes by public transport;
- Sforzesco Castle and Sempione Park: 15 minutes by public transport;
- Navigli and Darsena: 40 minutes by public transport.

- Carrefour Express (supermarket): 3 minutes on foot;
- Caffè Bonomi (bar): 3 minutes on foot;
- Pizzeria Cocciuto: 5 minutes on foot.

- From Milan Linate Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking bus n. 73 from the airport to "Via Cavallotti" stop. From there, it is necessary to move to "San Babila" stop (3 minutes on foot), where it is possible to take the underground (M1) to "Porta Venezia" stop, a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the Terravision bus service from the airport to the Central Station, where it is possible to take the tram (5, 9 or 10) to "Viale Tunisia" stop, 3 minutes on foot from the accommodation, or walk for about 10 minutes.

- From the Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the tram (5, 9 or 10) to "Viale Tunisia" stop, a 3-minute walk from the accommodation. Alternatively, it is possible to reach the apartment on foot from the station in just over 10 minutes.

- If you are traveling by car, parking is not included; however, it is possible to park (for a fee) at the garage in Via Aldo Manuzio 10, a 4-minute walk from the property, open 24 hours a day.
