This comfortable and modern studio of about 35 square meters is located on the ground floor of a building with inner yard, near Corso Sempione. Its really close to the FieraMilanoCity area, where the main fairs of Milan take place, also it is possible to visit Casa Milan, important place to visit for those who are interested in sports and the new shopping center City Life Shopping District with its wonderful park, which can be reached in 20 minutes on foot . There are also many clubs and bars in the neighbourhood, such as Cafè Disco Gattopardo, where you can also make delicious aperitifs, or the Piccola Ischia pizzeria to enjoy some excellent Neapolitan pizzas.

The house consists of a sleeping / living area with a queen sofa-bed, a sitting area and a dining area.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, electric oven and microwave, electric kettle, dishes, glasses, cutlery and mocha.

Bathroom with shower and bidet.

The apartment is equipped with every comfort, including: WiFi, central heating, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, washing machine.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area near the important Fiera di Milano and Piazza Firenze, the district is very well served by the main tram lines (1, 12, 14, 19) and is well connected to the city center.

From Piazza Firenze you can walk along Corso Sempione, arriving quickly at the Arco della Pace - one of the most animated places in Milan's nightlife - and at Parco Sempione, a large green area where you can jog or relax after work.
Walking along Viale Teodorico you can reach the Fiera Milano exhibition center: once the main Milan fair, it has been partially replaced by the Rho complex, although it remains an important point of reference for numerous conferences and events.
The famous Vigorelli Velodrome is about 1.2 km away; not far from the apartment, there is also the famous Tennis Club Milano 'Alberto Bonacossa', founded in 1893, which offers courses and prestigious tennis courses, a large gym and a soccer field.
