The accommodation is located in an area full of Italian restaurants and ethnic cuisine including the popular Japanese restaurant "Konami" and several shopping centers such as the "City Life Shopping District" with an innovative design and the Esselunga of Via Monte Rosa!
The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a building with elevator and it's composed by an entrance hall with large living room with queen sofa bed, TV, armchairs and sofas and two balconies, one of which is equipped with chairs and table overlooking the CityLife district! Independent kitchen with outdoor balcony equipped with stove, fridge, freezer, traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle and moka. The apartment has 3 bedrooms: the first one with queen bed and wardrobe, the second one with single bed and wardrobe and the one third with a French size bed. Two bathrooms, one with bathtub and bidet, the other one with shower box and bidet. Heating and air conditioning with split in every room except in the bedroom with single bed and in the kitchen. Ceiling fan in the living room and in the single bedroom. Additional services available to the guests: WIFI, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, drying rack.

* after 21,30 until 23 there is a surcharge of 25 Euro;

* after midnight and until 1,30 there is a surcharge of 40 Euro
