The place is located at the 4th floor (NO elevator) with private balcony, living room with fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and double bedroom. Heating, air conditioning and WIFI are included. In the surroundings you'll find restaurants, pizzerie, bars and public services.
The apartment 50mq is very quiet and located at the top floor, facing the inner courtyard of the building. You'll find a comfy living room with couch, bookshelves and TV, a kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a pretty wide table.
The bathroom has a big shower and a washing machine.
The double bedroom offers a comfortable king size bed with pillows and sheets.
Very close to the city center (20 minutes by walk from the Duomo) and served with public transports (metro and trams).
