Functional 60 sqm apartment, perfect for 4 people, located on the first floor of a building with a lift (not suitable for disabled people). The property is located a few steps from City Life, the largest pedestrian area in Milan, and from MiCo, the largest conference center in Europe, in an area full of services and well connected to the rest of the city.
The apartment, perfect for both tourists and workers, consists of a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace.

The inside is organized as follows:
- BEDROOM with double bed, cabinet with drawers and hangers;
- LIVING ROOM with sofa bed for two people, TV, dining table and access to the terrace;
- KITCHEN with gas hob, fridge with freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, wine glasses and kitchenware;
- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet and WC;
- TERRACE with outdoor furniture (table and chairs).

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: wifi, central heating with valves, air conditioning (split in the living room), hairdryer, washing machine (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board.

IDs of all residents must be shown upon check-in, as required by Italian law.
To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality, equal to 3 euro per person per night.
We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

For check ins after 21,30 we ask for a surcharge, the amount is as follows:
* after 21,30 until 23 there is a surcharge of 25 Euro.

The apartment is located in an area full of services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies), a few steps from City Life (and the MiCo congress center), a residential and commercial complex in Portello district as well as a large area pedestrian, the largest in the city of Milan and one of the largest in Europe. A short distance from the property, it is possible to find Fiera Milano City too. The location of the apartment is ideal for visiting the city and the fairs on foot, with a walk, or with the many means of public transport serving the area.

To reach the main points of interest in the city:
- City Life: 10 minutes on foot;
- Fiera Milano City: 15 minutes on foot;
- Sempione Park and Sforzesco Castle: 20 minutes by public transport;
- Piazza Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emmanuele II: 25 minutes by public transport;
- Via Monte Napoleone (shopping street): 25 minutes by public transport;
- Brera Art Gallery: 30 minutes by public transport.

- Caffè Vigorelli (bar): 250m - 3 minutes on foot;

- From Milan Linate Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment in just over an hour by taking bus no. 73 towards "Via Gonzaga before P.za Diaz" from the airport to "C.so di P.ta Vittoria 31 after Via Savarè" stop (14 stops), where it is possible to take bus no. 19 towards “Stazione Lambrate - P.za P. Castelli 14” to “L.go Domodossola” stop (17 stops), a 6-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, the airport is 31 km from the property (approximately 35 minutes by car / taxi).

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, it is possible to reach the apartment in just over an hour by taking the Malpensa Express train to Milan Cadorna station, from which it is possible to take the regional train to "Milano Domodossola" stop, 8 minutes on foot from the apartment. Alternatively, the airport is 47 km from the property (approximately 40 minutes by car / taxi).

- From the Central Station, it is possible to reach the apartment in less than 30 minutes by the underground lines: M2 from Caiazzo to Garibaldi FS + M5 from Garibaldi FS to Domodossola FN (8 minutes on foot from the apartment) or M3 from Centrale FS to Zara + M5 from Zara to Domodossola FN (8 minutes on foot from the apartment).

- If you are travelling by car, parking is not included; however, it is possible to park for a fee at Parking Sempione in Via Corleone, 6/7, a 7-minute walk from the apartment, open 24 hours a day.
