- BATHROOM with shower (raised), sink, bidet and toilet;
- BALCONY.

FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: wifi, air conditioning (split in the living room and in the bedroom), heating, washing machine (in the kitchen), iron, hangers, drying rack and hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: from 20/09/2021 to 30/11/2021 there may be some noise due to renovations to an apartment in the building.

In this area there are some of the most important Milanese universities, including the "Politecnico", with the faculties of Engineering and Architecture, and the Statatale University with its scientific faculties. The district is full of services (bars, supermarkets, restaurants) and is well connected to the center and to other areas of the city, thanks to the green underground line ("Piola" stop - M2) and to Lambrate railway station, with metropolitan, suburban and regional trains.
